SCIT TEHNOLOGY SRL is the official European distributor of Zhanlida adhesive products.

Zhanlida.eu operates exclusively as a B2B wholesale platform. By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are a registered business entity within the European Union or EEA

• Products are purchased for commercial, industrial, or resale purposes

• You have a valid EU VAT number (required for intra-community transactions)

• All information provided is accurate and verifiable

We reserve the right to verify business credentials and refuse service to non-business customers.

Wholesale ordering terms:

• Minimum order value: €1,000 (excluding VAT and shipping)

• Prices are listed in EUR and exclude VAT

• Intra-community supplies may be VAT-exempt with valid VAT number

• Volume discounts are available — contact us for tiered pricing

• Prices are subject to change; confirmed prices are valid for 30 days from quotation date

• Custom labeling and OEM orders may have different minimums

Payment conditions for EU wholesale orders:

• Accepted methods: Bank transfer (SEPA), company credit terms (upon approval)

• New customers: Proforma invoice with payment required before shipment

• Established accounts: Net 30 payment terms available upon credit approval

• Late payments are subject to interest as per EU Late Payment Directive 2011/7/EU

• All invoices are issued by SCIT TEHNOLOGY SRL in EUR

Shipping within the European Union:

• Standard delivery: 2–5 business days within the EU

• Express delivery available upon request

• Shipping costs calculated based on weight, volume, and destination

• Free shipping available on orders above €5,000 to select EU destinations

• Delivery terms: DAP (Delivered at Place) per Incoterms® 2020

• Risk transfers to buyer upon delivery at the agreed destination

• Claims for damaged or missing goods must be reported within 48 hours of receipt

As a B2B platform, consumer withdrawal rights under EU Directive 2011/83/EU do not apply. Our B2B return policy is as follows:

• Defective products may be returned within 14 days of delivery

• Returns must be authorized in advance — contact [email protected]

• Products must be in original, unopened packaging

• Custom or OEM orders are non-returnable

• Shipping costs for authorized returns are covered by SCIT TEHNOLOGY SRL for defective items

• Refunds or replacements are processed within 14 business days of receiving returned goods

To the extent permitted by applicable EU and Romanian law:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the invoice value of the affected order

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Product specifications are provided for guidance; buyers must verify suitability for their applications

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability

• Force majeure events (including supply chain disruptions) may affect delivery timelines

These Terms of Service are governed by Romanian law and applicable EU regulations.

Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution is reached within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Cluj-Napoca, România.

For cross-border B2B disputes within the EU, the parties may also agree to alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.

All intellectual property rights are reserved:

• The Zhanlida brand, logos, and product designs are registered trademarks

• Website content, images, and materials are protected by copyright

• Authorized resellers may use brand materials per separate distribution agreements

• Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited under EU IP law
